The third level of giving is revelation giving. This is how the Macedonian churches gave. Paul describes it, “In the midst of a very severe trial…their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity…they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability” (2 Corinthians 8:2-3). Sometimes the Lord impresses you to give an amount that is beyond your ability and in faith you determine to do so, although you can’t imagine how. God honors your obedience and enables you to give what heretofore appeared to be impossible. That’s revelation giving.

Lord Jesus, give us the faith to practice revelation giving. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
