How ragged and self-serving our puny efforts at love seem when viewed in the light of Christ’s sacrificial love. How tragic the pettiness and littleness of our lives; how cold and hard our hearts. Yet there is no condemnation from Him, only love; liberating love, redeeming love. He heals our hurts, rights the old wrongs, and strangely warms our cold hearts. Soon our lives pulsate with the eternal reality of His divine love.
