In Luke 8:25 the disciples ask, “Who is this man, that even the winds and waves obey him” (TLB)? Allow me to answer their question. He is Jesus the Son of God. He is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead who is returning in the clouds with great glory to judge the living and the dead. He is the Ancient of Days. His dominion is an everlasting dominion and His kingdom is one that will never pass away. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, who is and who was, and who is to come. He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He is Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever!
