During the pastoral prayer one Sunday I asked God to heal the sick among us. Almost instantly a young woman leaped to her feet saying she was healed. For several years she had suffered from a rare and dangerous bone disease. Although the best doctors had treated her, she continued to grow worse. When I prayed she said it felt like fire in the core of her bones. When that sensation passed every trace of her illness was gone!

Lord Jesus, heal that person who is suffering as they read to this. Make them completely whole. In Your holy name I pray. Amen.
