Are you a peacemaker or a troublemaker? Peacemakers build up. Troublemakers tear down. As you look over your life do you see a trail of conflict and broken relationships or peace and harmony? On our fallen planet conflict is inevitable therefore it behooves us to learn to be peacemakers. To be a peacemaker you must keep your ego in submission to the Holy Spirit. Instead of trying to win every argument look for win win solutions. Asking, “How can we resolve this issue?” focuses on finding a solution rather than focusing on the conflict.

Lord help us to be peacemakers reconciling those who are estranged. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
