Many believers struggle with condemnation. You may be one of them. To escape this trap remember that your righteousness is not based on your performance but on the finished work of Jesus Christ—that is His sinless life, His sacrificial death and His glorious resurrection. When you put your faith in Jesus, God imputes His sinless life to you; therefore, His righteousness becomes our righteousness.

Father God, help us to trust only the finished work of Jesus Christ, believing that His righteousness has been imputed to us, thus making us holy. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
