Living by faith is like being a daring trapeze artist. You must let go of the trapeze you’re on before you can grasp the next one. There is a tortured moment when you tumble through the air before grasping the outstretched hands of the artist on the second trapeze. Faith is like that. There are scary moments. You have to let go before you can move forward but you can be sure God’s outstretched hands will catch you.
