Recently a group of “evangelical” pastors endorsed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris because, in their words, they wanted to restore moral leadership in our nation. Am I the only one scratching his head trying to make sense of that statement? I ask you is it moral leadership to make providing taxpayer abortions a priority right up to the moment of birth. Is it moral leadership to advocate defunding the police? Is it moral leadership to support the LGBTQIA agenda? Is it moral leadership to support anarchists by raising funds to bail them out of jail so they can riot again? Is it moral leadership to denigrate and falsely accuse nominees to the Supreme Court simple because of their Christian faith? I could continue but I think I’ve made my point. Real moral leadership values the sanctity of life and the Judeo/Christian values upon which our nation was founded.
