True righteousness manifests itself from the inside out. It is more than a mere behavioral change; it is the transformation of the inner man by the power of the Holy Spirit. Paul writes, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come” (2 Cor. 5:17).Truly we are a new creation in Christ Jesus with new attitudes and new desires.

Lord Jesus, change us from the inside out, change our desires, make us truly a new creation. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
