When I was just a young man I was preaching a revival meeting in Newell, South Dakota. On the last night of that meeting a woman brought me a handkerchief and asked me to anoint it with oil and pray over it (Acts 19:12). Several weeks later I met a man who told me the most amazing story. The woman who asked me to anoint the handkerchief was his daughter. At the time he was in the intensive care unit of the hospital in Rapid City, dying of cancer. She placed the handkerchief on his chest and prayed. To her amazement and his he was completely healed. Only God can do something like that!

Lord Jesus, You and You alone are the healer. I humbly submit myself to You and I ask You to use me in any way You please to accomplish Your holy purpose. In Your holy name, Amen.
