The Bible doesn’t cover anything up. If a man or woman of God succumbs to temptation and makes a mess of things the Bible tells it like it is. And when the grace of God redeems and restores those who have fallen their experience serves to encourage the us. Their human failings, forgiven and redeemed, give us hope. If God could use imperfect people like Moses, David, Peter and others, then maybe He can use flawed human beings like you and me.
