No one can do everything and the sooner we realize this, the better off everyone will be. It is not weakness but wisdom that prompts the leader to surround himself with a highly effective team. To be a competent leader does not mean you have to master the multiplicity of tasks required to lead a highly successful organization, but only that you are wise enough to build a team that is able to effectively manage those tasks.

“Brothers and sisters, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.’”

— Acts 6:2-4

Lord Jesus, give us the self-confidence and the wisdom to build an effective team. In Your holy name I pray. Amen.
