With Covid-19 ravishing our planet, I am especially thankful for my health. I am almost 74 years old and I have never been seriously ill a day in my life. I can take no credit for my good health. It is a gift from God, unearned and undeserved, but one for which I am especially thankful. I’ve lived long enough to know that the condition of my health could change tomorrow. I don’t expect it to change, but neither am I naïve enough to think I will never face any of the health challenges common to so many. Whatever the future holds I am determined to praise the Lord and give him thanks.
