Are you facing an impossible situation in your life right now? Don’t despair. Nothing is impossible with God. For instance, several years ago we were in a difficult place. We were past retirement age, but we couldn’t retire because we still owed $59,000 on our home mortgage. One day while I was in prayer the Lord impressed me to pray that someone would pay off our mortgage. When the thought persisted for several days, I finally decided to pray even though I considered it an outlandish and selfish request. Months went by and then one day an acquaintance sent us a check for the exact amount we owed on our mortgage. Jesus said:
“Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God.”

Lord Jesus, intervene on behalf of those who are facing impossible situations. Do for them more than they can even imagine. Amen.
