Few things in life are more painful than a broken relationship. If you have lived for any length of time, I need say nothing more. It is a universal pain. An inevitable consequence of our fallen condition. Yet, by the same token, there is nothing that can compare with the gift of forgiveness! It restores that which was lost. It heals that which was wounded unto death. It is an act of God breathing the breath of life into that which was dead. It is the kiss of God that make all things new!
