No matter how bad the situation, there is always something to be thankful for. If we focus on what we have, rather than on what we don’t have, we will discover joy, even in the midst of the most despairing circumstances. Paul exhorts us:
“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! …whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things …And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Lord Jesus give us a thankful heart. Focus our thoughts on all You have provided. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
