Although the Bible is not a textbook on financial matters, it does have a considerable amount to say on the subject. He who manages his business or his personal affairs accordingly will prosper. The first principle is a warning against seeking wealth and the second is a warning against materialism. He who ignores these biblical principles does so to his own harm.
