The fourth law of sowing and reaping is: “You must sow your seed in good soil if you expect a harvest.” The seed is critical but no more so than the soil. Only a fool would try to farm an alkali flat. No matter how vibrant the seed it will not produce a harvest when it is planted in bad soil. The Lord expects you to use reason and discernment when selecting the soil in which to sow your seed.

“…other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”

–Matthew 13:8 (NIV)

Lord Jesus help us to make wise decisions regarding the sowing of our seed so we can reap a hundred fold return. In Your holy name I pray. Amen.
