A fifth factor in wise decision making is to determine the best use of your limited resources of time, talent, finances, and equipment. A sixth factor is timing. Ask yourself “Is this the best time to launch our plan?” Determining the best time to act requires a comprehensive overview of the business/spiritual climate and how it will affect your plans. A good decision implemented at the wrong time (either too soon or too late) is no better than a bad decision. To ensure the greatest possibility of success you must strike when the iron is hot.
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
— Proverbs 16:3 (NIV 1984)
and your plans will succeed.”
