Sexual sin exacts a heavy toll. Here’s how David described it, “My guilt has overwhelmed me like a burden too heavy to bear….I am bowed down and brought very low; all day long I go about mourning. My back is filled with searing pain; there is no health in my body….” (Psalm 38:4, 6-7). If you’re trapped in sexual sin there’s only one way to put an end to your torment. Confess your sins to the Lord and renounce them.

Lord Jesus, we confess our sins. Forgive us, I pray, and change us. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
