While we have a responsibility to discharge our duties as conscientious citizens, we must never put our hope in a candidate or a political party. God is our only hope and ultimately, only He can make society as it should be – a society where all people are created equal and love always triumphs over evil; a society where men will live by faith and not fear; a society where His Kingdom has been established and His will is being done on earth as it is in heaven.

Lord Jesus, we pray for the coming of Your kingdom and the doing of Your will on earth as it is in heaven. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
