I’m thankful the Lord did not deal with us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. “…as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us” (Psalm 103:11). Thank God that His love is everlasting, and His mercies never fail. They are new every morning (see Psalm 103:17 and Lamentations 3:22-23). Thank God that when we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (See 1 John 1:9). Thank God that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life (See John 3:16).
