In 1986 I was scheduled to go to Africa but I canceled my trip after the Lord warned me not to go three different times. First He spoke to my spirit telling me that if I went to Africa I would be taken captive, perhaps even killed. Then an evangelist who ministers in the office of a prophet called and shared two visions with me. That same night a lady in our church dreamed a dream in which the Lord spoke saying, ‘Tell your pastor not to go to Africa.’” If we have ears to hear the Lord will warn us of impending danger.
