Have you ever considered what God wants to make of you? Not what you want to become, not what dreams and desires you may have, but what God wants to make of you. He has a divine purpose for your life, and He has committed all His resources into making you the person He has called you to be. Of course, you can thwart God’s plans if you insist on doing things your way, but you will be the loser. God’s way is best. Jeremiah 29:11 declares:
“‘For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.’”

Lord we are tired of going our own way. We yield ourselves to You. Fulfill Your purpose in our lives. Amen.
