Some Biblical scholars believe the Arab nations are the descendents of Ishmael while the Jews are the descendents of Isaac. They trace the enmity between the Arabs and the Jews back to Ishmael and Isaac. If that’s the case just think how different history might be if Abraham hadn’t listened to Sarah’s advice and slept with Hagar. No matter how well intended misguided counsel often produces catastrophic consequences so be careful or you listen to.
